The next step...

We have reached an important step on B@titude’s journey as we begin the process of becoming our own charity.  We have been under the charity Sedbeed for the last few years. They have been an incredible blessing in helping us get our feet on the ground and we can not that thank them enough for their  generosity, support and the freedom which they have allowed us to bless and be blessed.

But it's time we  became our own charity and in the last couple of months we have got together to discuss the in and outs of the process and state our mission, vision and core values which are stated below.

The vision of B@titude is “a world in which people come together to identify possibilities, demonstrate love and bring hope and change to those in need.”

The mission is to: "Be present in the community, bring people together, create safe spaces, develop relationships, listen, develop creative and diverse solutions, clarify vision and support people to realise vision."

This vision and mission have running through it a set of core values. B@titude’s core values are:

People, generosity, prayer, freedom to be ourselves, hope and authencity.

We hope to be our own charity by Christmas. What a great present!
